Level II

Level II engages participants in professional development activities during the assessment and requires participants to submit a proposal specifying goals they would like to reach regarding student learning and outcomes through the integration of technology. Educators' goals can focus on student outcomes (e.g., increasing reading scores or motivation for learning) or goals can describe teacher needs (e.g., database management of assignments, grades, and record keeping). For Level II, educators do not have to demonstrate that they have reached their goals using technology.
